I only learn about trading procedures without using indicators or signals because I want to purely learn price action

When you don't use a mentor it doesn't matter in this case all of it definitely doesn't use a better one.

I agree when you don't use anything related to mentors because in my opinion it's better to optimize the existing tools yourself

I would agree with this sentiment. It is preferable to optimize one's own tools rather than relying on external mentors.

without using a mentor you should already be able to know that to do something it has to be right and clear

Capable students later become mentors themselves, there is just a category of people who are able to explain in simple language.

You can learn with more practice in demo account, learn from all your mistake to improve trading strategy better, despite learn from mentor if you can't improve own skill, it's vain

Be prepared to make plenty of mistakes in your learning process, but be encouraged to constantly try new strategies and tactics in order to improve your skills.
