With a capital of 1000 dollars, you should still use 0.1 lots because it is safe when you use more than that, it doesn't matter, but you shouldn't have to use more than that.

Lot's security limit for capital $ 1000 in my opinion is 0.05, or less than that is better

For $1000,  I use a modest 0.02 to protect my capital.  Small gains but very safe.

Isn't this very dangerous, if you use lot 1 means your durability is only 100 pips
