forex is similar to gambling because there are elements of probability and forex is difficult to predict so many people prefer to guess prices rather than doing complicated analysis.

gambling in my opinion is different from forex,
gambling = guess the guess
whereas Forex is analysis

some people also often say selling forex is the same as gambling. for example guessing the price goes up or down. there are technical and fundamental things, but that is the same thing as estimating prices rise or fall
