When traders already assume the current price level is too high, then they will tend to end the buy by making profit-taking. This action causes the price to fall after reaching a certain high level, which is then called Resistance in forex.

identify resistance support really needs a special strategy, if I usually use 2 time frames and fibo on large TF.

Determining the right points of Support (S) and Resistance (R) is sometimes difficult to do. Why? Many reasons can be given, where one of them is maybe the trader does not know very well about what SR is and how to determine it.
