I think there is also a point in avoiding trading if it makes us stressed, maybe with business you will feel calmer and maybe it will be easier to raise money.

Avoiding trading when you are nervous about using a demo account is indeed good because using a demo account is the main thing for beginners

It's best if you are still a beginner. You are obliged to use a demo account and are prohibited from using a real account because it is very dangerous. I don't think it is important to do so.
