In my opinion 90% is too much because after all technical analysis or techniques or systems are also important, so maybe they can be reduced a little and technically added a little.

Trading need analysis, we can't open any trades without analysis, because not all kinds of market will easily we catch profit, traders here looking for best time entering the market with higher probability making profit than loss trades.
