usually for novice traders, how to use news is to filter it based on its impact, then use only high impact, and wait a while before the release or some time after the release

use fundamentals when news is only for people who understand about fundamentals only, if you do not understand should not be, use what is necessary and you master it only

as far as I know never use news when it happens in fundamental trading if it happens that exists instead we will lose use of fundamentals just to see the global market

using fundamentals cannot be arbitrary. Fundamentals are only reserved for traders who do use fundamental analysis instead of using technical analysis and most traders who use fundamentals are smart traders.
