In my opinion, you don't need to use profit every month because when you use profit every month it will make you long, preferably once a week and not too much, just 5%

For me 100% every month is unrealistic and unreasonable even though it makes sense it will be very difficult and it will not be able to keep you consistent.

for me, if it's 5 or 7 percent profit per month then it's big for me and for a target of 100 percent per month I think it's too big.

If the profit with a target of 30 percent and above in my opinion is too high. for a 100% target I think it's too big and of course if we have a target that is too big then we will trade in an unhealthy way.
