Obviously this is an impromptu post and previously also guesses continue without posting, when the price is closest to him then immediately make a post.

• You made the same exact prediction as Upnormal12. A simple prediction a fraction of a pip higher and you would have been closer. Nobody forced you to post the same exact prediction after somebody else already did.

• Even if the terms are changed, you still would not win. I cannot make terms retroactive with this contest. Any changes in terms would be in affect for all future contests. This has always been the case for this contest.

• It is rare that two members post the same exact prediction. Sometimes members may post a prediction equal distance away from the closing price, but usually not the same exact price. Since this is a rare case, the term you are complaining about has never been an issue.

See they only make guesses without posting, and as Upnormal12 does when the closest price makes an impromptu post.

The contest opening time should be at the market close.

So no one does fake posting after the market closes.

The terms have been slightly modified and will go into effect for next week's prediction contest.

• The requirements to be considered an 'active' member have been updated. The 10 posts must be made before the deadline/cutoff time. Members can no longer wait until after the market closes and then make their 10 posts if they see they will win. The 10 posts must be made after the previous week's deadline/cutoff time, but before the current week's deadline/cutoff time. No other changes have been made.

please be more specific so the maximum time to make 10 posts is Thursday at 22:00 UTC or 1 day before weekly closing?
