I see it seems you also have a difference of 1 pip from the closing price.
 Maybe the admin has his own judgment to choose the winner.

 But I am confused by this rule:
In case of multiple predictors, the same distance points compared to the official closing price, these members will be considered a winner. In such cases, the winning prize will be divided among the winners. This should be a rare occurrence.

1. select the winner whose 10 valid posts are made first, for example participant A has just posted today, while participant B has posted a few days ago, prioritize participant B.
2. choose based on the answer, for example participant A answers 1.11546 and participant B answers 1.11550 and the closing price range at OANDA bid 1.11548, ask 1.11558 so participant B wins because it is within the range of bid and ask.
3. Based on post quality or post character length, for example participants A posts are short while participants of B post are rather long, prioritize participant B.
4. If you are confused, choose the same participant, the prize is divided by 2 between participants A and B at 50 USD.
