It is usually fast and can be done within 1 business day. This is up to them though. I have no control over this. You are asking the wrong person.
Regarding your question about InstaForex, this has already been answered. All accounts should be verified. If you do not verify, you might still be able to have money deposited, but you may not be able to withdraw later. So it's best to have the account verified.
