The CryptoAltum promotion will be paused until further notice. The IB portal is dysfunctional and they have not fixed it yet. I am not able to check accounts and related information. See attachment.

I think this is only temporary, you can do it a few minutes later. My account can be opened without any problems.

you make decisions too quickly, this makes new members lose confidence in forexzone. The screenshot you show only takes a few minutes, you can try again in a few minutes.

This has been a problem with CryptoAltum for 2 weeks already. I don't want to hear about trying again in a few minutes! Of course I would try this already before making a post about it.

The bonus has changed to FZT instead of Burst coins. Everything else has stayed the same. 

Note: Anyone who has started the process already before this change, please PM me full screenshots showing your Client ID/Account # and proof of the $100 minimum deposit and trade. You will still receive the Burst coins as a bonus.

can the account id and number be visible if there is a new account? Or is it still an error that I have to send a screenshot?
