For bitcoin predictions in 2019 this may still not have experienced a significant increase. Because we know, bitcoin also started to wear off. Bitcoin prices in the last two months have continued to increase from $ 3.8k to $ 5k. 
in my opinion if the conditions are like this then the possibility of the end of 2019 above $ 20k is very likely to occur.
