I don't really understand how the payments are generated from staking. But the folks on the SIGNA Discord group said nothing has changed and payments should not have been interrupted. They did not know about the problem until I explained it. Ohanger (one of the developers) said "there was no update from signum side... maybe the admins node forked off?".
Do you know if the payments are dependent on you running a node? And if so, is that node forked or just down?
I have been investigating this. It's taking some time because it was done so long ago. I was referring to the AT payments (subscriptions). What happens is these are sent to the staking contract every so many minutes. Which triggers the staking contract to issue payment every time. If I remember correctly, the only other way to do it was with a smart contract to trigger the staking payouts. I think what happened is the intermediary account which FZ uses to fund everything just ran out of Signum. It's weird because I thought I checked this not long ago and it was funded.
I figured out how to login to the online node again. The links are in the official Signum explorer. There, someone can get access to all features just like running a node. They were all set on the US East coast node. I'm hoping the previous subscriptions are all still active. If not, they will need redone. I think that solves it. The only other thing I can think of is what I mentioned before and the AT payments just expired for some reason. Either case, it should be solved soon and I want to apologize to everyone affected.
