I would like to take the opportunity to explain a little more about DESgeo. The Game DESgeo, as an idea, was the creation of one individual, but founded through a collaboration. It was a lot of fun seeing it originally put together all those years ago.
People have always asked how to play because it is a challange. Anyone who likes a solid challange will dig it even if they are unable to say they know 100% what The Game is about. That is intentional.
Here is the scenario for one DESgeo Challenge that occurred around 5 years ago. This particular challange took place at a hotel somewhere in a suburb outside Chicago. Getting to the hotel was part of the challenge and many attempting to use GPS found themselves going in circles. A few participants ended up at a party somewhere in a warehouse and stayed at the party because they were having a great time. Most participants found the hotel...
Once at the hotel and registered as an official participant, Players were treated exceptionally well. This particular Challenge brought in an international roster and was no joke. I will not talk about the details that unfolded during the three day event because confidentiality/non-disclosure is still in effect, but most Players had a "Bloody Good Time".
