When someone claims to have the best technical analysis strategy, we need to be wary of such claims. No strategy is universally or absolutely best. A strategy can be highly effective in trending conditions, but fail miserably in sideways conditions. And vice versa. Even a proven profitable strategy only works if the trader understands when it's appropriate to use, when to avoid, and how to manage risk when the strategy isn't optimal.
