The MACD indicator is an indicator made by the oscillator family which is very well known and the most widely used with different settings, the macd indicator is usually used to identify convergent and divergent patterns, in this topic I will not discuss what convergent divergence is because it will be mixed up later, we focus on one thing only, namely discussing macd

MACD is often associated with convergence and divergence, but limiting the discussion to its basic functions is wise. Focusing on the indicator's core makes learning more structured and less confusing, especially for traders new to the concept.
