1. overbought is a situation where prices have risen quite high and have reached a peak that causes buyers to shrink and the price habit becomes more difficult to rise even higher and prices tend to be TENDER and EXPAND BIG for DOWN

🖍 OVERSOLD (OS)
1. oversold is also 1 situation where the price increases DECREASING which is quite low and has reached the bottom of the mountain causing the seller to shrink and PRICE habits become difficult to go down even higher because the price is TENDER and EXPAND BIG to RIDE ❗️

A good trading system, but sometimes even though it's over but the trend still continues

that's what sometimes can fool many traders that in seeing the condition of price movements already at the end, in the overbought or oversold area but it turns out the trend continues

The question, how confident are you when the price has reached Overbought condition, the price will go down? Vice versa, how confident are you when prices have reached Oversold conditions, prices will rise again?
Are there no other factors that need to be considered when using this technique?

in theory it seems very easy to read the prices in the market, but what happens is when the price is already in the overbought / oversold area, but the price is still moving to continue the trend

The concepts of overbought and oversold do describe short-term price conditions that are too high or too low. However, this isn't a secret and isn't an absolute signal of a reversal. What's more important is understanding the context of trends, volume, market structure, and risk management.
