fakeout is a technique that pays attention to significant support and resistance lines and then a false breakout candle occurs, that's where we will open a position if there is confirmation. most traders are stuck in this condition if there is a break of support or resistance they immediately open a position without waiting for the confirmation of the next candle first. I think it's important to remember that not all false breakouts lead to a strong reversal. Sometimes the price will make a small fakeout first before resuming the main trend.
