Fail to return is a more specific technique in determining supply and demand areas as confirmation, FTR emphasizes areas that are considered the strongest to open buy or sell positions. The location of this FTR is in the limit flag, but again FTR is not and is not the same as the limit flag

An FTR usually appears after a breakout of market structure. For example, in an uptrend, the price forms a higher high, then experiences a small retracement but doesn't return to the previous demand area. This small retracement area is often considered a demand FTR.
