Hi all,

I'm new here, and very thankful I stumbled across this forum beacause I'd love to add notifications (email, push, and popup options) to this indicator.  I've been using the attached indicator for years, purely as a confirmation of trade direction.  I mainly analyze the H1 and trade on the M15.  Give it a shot... my hint for you is to use a setting between 20 and 26, depending on the currency pair.  (Put it on your GBP/USD chart and use the 25 setting)  

Anyway, is it possible to add notifications to this indicator?

Please be more careful about where you start new topics. This is an indicator modification and not a new indicator. So I moved it.

Also, if you want anyone to modify this indicator, the MQL4 version needs uploaded.

My apologies for posting in the wrong section... I was too excited.  Ha, ha... anyway, I found the MQL4 version, attached.  I don't know why they have a delay option?  I know this indicator can re-paint during a candle, maybe that's why?  I would only want a notification after it paints, and the candle closes.  We should probably rename it to SilverTrend_V2, or something a little more clear.

so each pair has a setting, and for this setting is specifically the GU pair individually

Ageseko, you can use any setting you'd like... for example, you can use a setting of 25 for all pairs.  It depends on personal preference.  In my example, I think a setting of 25 works well on the GBP/USD H1 and M15.  Where I would use a setting of 26 for EUR/JPY.  

So, the question remains, can anyone help me out by adding popup, email, and push notifications to the above mq4 file?  (I'd also like the name of the file changed to SilverTrend_V2, or something more clear)

After further analysis of the MQ4 indicator above, it needs a minor change to the way it sends a notification.  Currently, if an arrow is formed on the CURRENT candle, a popup notification is sent, after the "60 second" delay.  This is NOT good.  

What I'd like to see is a notification on the opening of the very next candle, only if the signal on the prior candle remains painted.  

In summary;
1)  Change the notification to notify at the open of the next candle, assuming the indicator remains painted on the current/previous candle
2)  Remove Delay Setting
3)  Add Popup, Email, and a push option for notification.
