using or not using indicators, which one is better? in General Forex Discussion_xx
to get good trading results, we need to determine what techniques we use, forex trading experts use a variety of techniques including using indicators, and there are people who don't use indicators to find out which one is better, let's discuss

Responding to your post, in my opinion it depends on each individual. For me, I better not use indicators. Because I am trading just enough to use a candle pattern. From the candle pattern, we can predict where the next direction is.
For example, if a candle morning star or doji morning star pattern appears, we already know that the price will rise.

personally i only use indicator such RSI, stochastic and bollinger bands, you can learn bollinger band via book or net, me myself learn it from youtube and i am still getting nowhere though lol

Trading without using an indicator is commonly called naked trading but it is quite difficult and requires good skills, if it is related to the use of the indicator depending on the trading style of each trader, there are those without indicators or indicators, there are only one indicator or some use complicated indicator.

even though it's difficult to trade forex without indicators, I personally prefer to learn it. but I haven't got a satisfactory result either.

Trading without indicators means not trading without any visuals but by using a candlestick pattern, in my opinion it is actually good because the candle itself is an indicator that can provide a lot of information for analysis purposes.

i think its depend on your strategy, i never use indicator for trade because it was cheated me many times, for now i just using trendline, support and resistance

Im stil newbie and still learning about my technique, usually I use indicator like moving average. I cant trade like naked trader.

my advice is not to use indicators ... first learn price action techniques for easier movements - market movements, because indicators are only a tool not a determinant we buy or sell
