Good tips, I often experience large floating losses that result in mc, and after mc I must be under a lot of stress and naturally I want to be angry and want to slam glasses and plates.. but unfortunately the glasses and plates are about to run out because they are often slammed.

When I'm stressed, I prefer vacations, especially if I walk to the top to the flower palace, of course it's more fun... after walking around while eating Bandung specialties, it certainly makes my heart happy and fresher

The problem of trading discipline by applying the 4% risk management rule is not easy to do because we are often tempted to open a position of more than 4% even if it can be full margin which results in quite fatal which if it is continued from a disciplinary violation, the result is that we quickly reach MC and add to the stress.

In my opinion, when we are stressed in trading, because our account is losing or even MC or margin call, then we can overcome it by doing things that we think are positive.

trading problems have to apply the 4% risk management rules it's not easy where there must be a strong will to apply the rules no matter what happens... if we can make a habit during op where always risk discipline is only 4% of capital and always install sl and tp of course will not be stressed and afraid of getting mc

Stress is part and parcel of Forex Trading, because the risk of losing is always there. What's important is that you can react to stress in the right way; it's really the only thing you can control. After all, stress can lead to good or bad outcomes depending on how you react to it.

Stress can be negative for trading if you allow fear to paralyze you or cloud your judgment. On the other hand, it can be positive when you use it to be more alert and focused on the challenges in front of you.

we must invest time first to learn and understand the forex trading business properly and correctly before investing our money , only rely on the strength of capital or money without analyzing market price movements first.

In trading, all traders will experience similar losses, although the levels are different. But if stress has dominated you, then try to accept that something less is more in Forex trading, one of the things we can take as an example is snipers in the military. The shooter will only shoot at the most appropriate momentum so that the shot hits the target immediately.
Likewise in forex trading, there are situations where forex traders can be analogous to military snipers, such as the use of indicators, open orders, analysis and others.
