in this discussion I want to ask how do you think the way to calculate money management is good so that we avoid loss.

if you avoid the loss it seems impossible to pack, but to reduce losses can be very once

for example, we count first before opening a minimum position if possible 1: 2, if we place a 30 pip stop then we set a target of 60 pips and then our position is hit by a 2x stop and hit the target 1x then we will not experience loss, but if the position we open hit with a 1x stop and hit the target 2x then we will profit, that's my calculation to set a good money management

Use a ratio of 1: 3 for your risk reward, meaning that with 33% getting a profit we have a break event point (BEP), or the trade term is turning capital.

The explanation is with four times the trading experience loss and one-time profit, with one-time profit we have turned back the capital that was loss 3 times in a row before, here we have minimized the risk of loss with this management system.

must be consistent and disciplined in practicing money management, so that trading is in accordance with the trading plan that has been prepared in addition to calculating the SL and TP bro. Limiting the risk of capital that we spend or using is also very important to make it a habit to limit losses to 2% of capital.

the risk ratio between TP and SL does have to be clear, for example SL 50 pips then TP 100 pips means between TP and SL 1: 2 so that there is a large and small profit loss. Even though money management is a key, if the method is not used the rules will still will suffer losses in trading.

each trader certainly has their respective principles, not just techniques and strategies alone in achieving the expected profit.

My management money is very simple, use a 5% balance of capital for every trade with more TP than SL.

MM has actually been calculated in the trading plan including the risk reward ratio. A good MM calculation is based on the amount of capital owned and also based on the strategy used, for example scalping with transactions per day 10 times different from the lots used by intraday traders whose transactions are only 1-2 per day.
