Requote in forex occurs because brokers cannot provide prices according to your wishes. Requotes often occur in brokers who utilize the type of instant execution on their market orders. Especially when the market situation is volatile because there is a news release with a big impact.

What do you do if your broker often experiences a requote?

if there is a requote when there is big news I think that is something that usually happens to almost every broker, but if there is no big news and announcements that can make the market fluctuate but our transactions are delayed then the broker is already unreliable and if that happens to me maybe I will immediately withdraw all the funds at the broker and find another broker

I don't like bro bro who always requotes every time we enter. especially if there is news. I think there are still many brokers who can enter without requotes

I have indeed found out about a requote at a broker, but I myself am not really affected by the requote so I cannot give a conclusion regarding the requote.

Usually, requote problem will often be faced with Dealing desk broker because when trader asks on the price but in the listing broker is unavailable then will appear notification to offer with the new price, if then you click ok, might will not get the price like as you expected before, but is non-dealing desk broker usually not happen because they will forward the order directly to a liquidity provider. I use STP FXOpen and never get requote except delay because the server busy or low speed connection

Scalping trader will felt annoying when they want to open and close order but facing with requote it giving disadvantage for them because will get price not according in expectation, because can leading to losing money

requotes are something that is normal, especially in a fairly extreme price movement, indeed sometimes requotes are quite useful for some traders, but we must have our own strategy so that we are not exposed to these requotes.
