I think the forex business with other businesses has the same risk, as long as we treat the forex business the same as any other conventional business. The reason I explain below.
Here I just want to share and express my opinion, not intend to patronize.
CONVENTIONAL BUSINESS: before starting a business, you must do an analysis first -> example: what kind of business do you want? what product? services or goods? Is the market share good? how many % of the market share can we take? how much margin do we take? how much initial capital? how much is the overhead cost? strong capital, how many months until MC if our business development is slow? and other analyses. this is a new concept. not yet technical: where to shop? Is the supplier easy or not? how about the product? How do you attract consumers? etc.

All work or business of course there will be risks as well as this trading, but the size of course depends on the situation and conditions, if we trade, for example, open an account with a $100 deposit, if there is an MC, the maximum $100 is lost, except if the deposit is again and the deposit is again without WD and already MC.

Conventional business is a business that takes place globally, conventional businesses are many, conventional businesses are real and there is also conventional Maya business, we can also say forex business as conventional business if we don't use sharia-based accounts.

Indeed, the Forex business is speculative and the risks that we will face are quite high compared to other conventional businesses, because what is being played is money or account capital that relies on accuracy and accuracy in predicting price movements in the Forex market.
