This is true but it can be explained in a little outline as to what points you mean to be clearer and understandable.

the point is not to do a good analysis before entering the position.
so that the market does not match the expected because there is no preparation properly.

this is of course the biggest mistake in forex, and yeah i already through that and maybe you have time to explain it better for newbie like me can understand like why we do that or how to control that emotion and how to avoid this mistake sir

Over-trading is usually caused by emotional trading, and is very common for forex traders, especially beginners who have not had much trading experience. Those whose trading results are inconsistent and tend to experience frequent losses usually over-trade without realizing it.

Not having a trading system is the first fatal mistake. If you do not have a trading system, it means you will tend to trade based on an approach that can be said to be a mess plus a mess. How can you expect success from a messy method?
