In trading we are required to keep our emotions healthy. Because if carried by emotions in trading will take us to the path of loss.

When emotions often arise the desire to add positions or add lots to ignore money management. As if by adding a trading position we can force the market to obey the direction we want. But in reality we are ordinary people as retail traders.

It is not we who determine the direction of the market. Market flow is what determines where prices will go. Eliminate emotions even though it is floating minus, so that our mental health and account health are maintained. Patience will bring good results.
