What does the Forex IB program mean?

This question was posed by many people i came across in Forex market. The following is my response. Tell me if I'm mistaken!

A Forex IB also called an Introducing Broker, is someone whose primary responsibility is to introduce new clients to a brokerage firm and earn rewards from them. A Forex IB can be anyone who has some relative knowledge, such as a YouTuber, an influencer, a trader, a financial advisor, or a blogger.

This program is to introduce a broker to many people or to prospective clients

IB is the person in charge of introducing a broker, and usually this can get a commission

IB is actually very helpful for clients, so this program must be there

The ib is actually the person who trades as our chairman or more in his room we are in the same team with them

And this profession can be an alternative we can get money from Tarding in addition to trading itself, but must be able to manage many clients

It can even make money bigger than the results of us trading, but it must have a lot of members

IB programs at brokerages are intended to grow their client base.  This is done primarily by sharing commissions with the IB.  The IB is then free to distribute some of those commissions  with the new clients they bring to the broker.  Forex zone is one such IB.
