The optimal time to trade the forex (Foreign Exchange) market is when it's at its most active levels, when trading spreads (the differences between bid prices and the ask prices) tend to narrow. In these situations, less money goes towards the market makers who facilitate currency trades, leaving more money for the buying and selling investors to personally pocket. The four major forex exchanges are located in New York, London, Singapore and Tokyo.
The most favorable trading time is the 8 AM to noon overlap, when both New York and London exchanges are open. These two trading centers account for more than 50% of all forex trades. On the flipside, from 5 PM to 6 PM EST, the only operation open for business is the Singapore exchange, which accounts for less than 10% of annual forex trading volume. But there an be exceptions. Political or military crises that develop during this hour, could potentially spike volatility and trading volume, making this window a favorable time to trade.

London session is a good market session, average movement on this session more than 70 pips and many traders like to choosing this session for trading purposes, London overlapping New York may be an as busy market, because of so many banks around the world in operation, so money movement hand to hand occurred with higher volume

in my opinion the most appropriate trading time depends on the pair we choose. for example in the Asian market, there will be more opportunities for pairs such as AUD, JPY and NZD, but when the European market opens, the pair that has a good chance is EUR, GBP, CHF etc. and when the American market opens, the pair that has a good chance is USD, CAD etc. So everything depends on what currency we choose

It is undeniable that overlapping between the London and American markets is the most volatile market and offers many trading opportunities, but for some traders, they prefer a quiet and quiet market such as scalper.

One thing to note is that when trading in a volatile market is still maintaining MM and risk amendments. I also often trade in market overlaps with makeshift lots to stay safe.

it's good for us to add a time filter in our trading soup. if our soup is trading in the EUR / USD pair then adjust the analysis time and our entry according to this market is open

trading time must also adjust to the currency we will trade. for example if we will open a transaction on GBPUSD then start at the European and American session. but if you want to trade currencies like USDJPY then you can start during the Asian session.

Absolutely, indeed not all pairs will be volatile in the American or European market but there are also pairs that are quite crowded in the Australian and Asian markets such as AUD / USD, USD / JPY, EUR / USD, NZD / USD and other pairs where the currency is from Asia especially Japanese Yen / JPY.

if the type of scalper is better looking for active hours of forex such as sessions Asia, London and New York, but for the type of long term there is no time that determines when there is a moment of entry at that time he will also enter the market

For scalper maybe they like on Asian session market which on this session usually has low average movement, I am ever reading there are certain ea that work only on Asian session market only and will off in another session, but sometimes although usually there are low average movement, in Asian session could happen high movement due the news high impact released on these session

Time sharing information is very useful, especially for beginner traders, who can find the right time to start open trading positions. thus, it will become the basis for choosing time.

thank you
