intra-day trading is one of the most transparent trading methods. then how is the intraday trading method good and right?

if you want to trade Intra day then you should close the position in one day and you should use TF H1

I don't think TF usage is always H1 can be bigger or smaller as long as it is in accordance with the strategy.

Medium term trading other than intraday can also be called swinger at m15 time frame.

called intra day because in one day we must clear the position. intra day trading method is to use time prime m30, H1 and H4. Usually the target is only around 50 pips

for intraday trading you should use smaller time frames like M30 and H1
